The Order

After sending your order you will receive confirmation e-mail concerning a receiving your order. The e-mail contains a full summary of your order. The received order is binding and by receiving a confirmation e-mail, a purchase and sale agreement is established between the purchaser and the seller!

Cancellation of your order:  
If you do not pick up your order for personal offtake within 5 days, it will be cancelled.

The back out of the purchase agreement (Mail order shop)

The purchaser has a right to cancel the agreement without stating the reason within 7 working days from the day of receiving the goods according to Section 12 of Act No. 108/2000 as amended. The purchaser can back out of the contract by notifying the seller either by via e-mail to: cajovydom@gmail.com, or by mailing to an address of the seller: Čajový Dom, s.r.o., Radlinského 24/C, 811 07 Bratislava. When cancelling the agreement, it is necessary to enclose the number of the order, the date of purchase and present the original payment receipt.

If the purchaser has already received the goods and cancelled the agreement, he is obliged to return the goods to the seller and bear the costs of the return. Please, send the goods as a recorded delivery and insured (not as a cash on delivery) under following conditions:
- the goods should be returned in an original undamaged wrapping (if it is not, see the next condition)
- the goods cannot be already used
- the goods must be undamaged
- the goods must be complete (including accessories, the warranty card, the manual, etc.)

In case that the goods are returned to the seller in a different wrapping and condition, the purchaser is obliged to compensate the costs of returning the goods to their original condition and the caused damage of the goods to the seller (damaged wrapping, incomplete content, used or polluted goods, etc.).

The seller must return all of the money payed by the purchaser as soon as possible to the purchaser’s bank account.
