High quality Japanese green tea gently ground on stone mills for a variety of sweet and savoury gourmet specialities. This cooking matcha is made from organically grown tea trees from the Shizuoka area.

Preparation: the powder is for both direct consumption and cooking, measure out as needed similar to cocoa.
