Exclusive Sencha from a local cultivar from Shizuoka Prefecture. It comes from an altitude of around 600m. The cultivar was bred by Mr. Inaguchi and was registered in 1988. It is a rarity as the Inaguchi cultivar is grown in very limited quantities. The leaf is dark green, glossy and shaped into nice needles. The infusion is clear, fresh light green. The flavour is incredibly balanced with pleasant slightly herbaceous notes. The aftertaste is pleasantly sweet with a medium duration.
