A traditionally processed White Tea of a symmetrical appearance with a high proportion of white top buds. The Tea is processed from the “Fu Ding Da Bai Hao” cultivar which has a more than 120 years history and which is generally acknowledged as a best cultivar for a White Tea manufacturing, mainly because of its robust top buds.
The smell is intense and flower sweet. The infusion has a light yellow colour, a smooth, velvet sweet taste resembling plums and apricots with a long lasting aftertaste – a perfect White Tea.
