An excellent Tea from a small manufacture Sandakphu in Nepal. The Tea is from the post-monsoon picking when the amount of minerals is higher in the leaves. The character of the Tea resembles famous rock Oolong from Wu Yi Mountains which are known for a higher amount of minerals as well. This Tea is fully oxidized, however, it doesn’t have taste like Black Tea, rather dark Oolong. The ruby-red infusion has a delicate soft taste with tones of dark chocolate. You will fall in love with this Tea after the first try!
