About product

The young tea trees planted in the Rohini garden are mostly of Chinese origin, but have not yet reached full maturity, producing excellent teas all year round.

This more lightly oxidised second harvest hides a sweet aroma of honey and dried fruit in the leaves. When brewed with boiling water, the more pronounced tannins typical of Chinese varieties emerge.

Cooler, 85-90°C water can be used to achieve a nice harmonious harmony of sweetness and tannins.
